What happens when AI is embedded across the entire product development lifecycle—not just used to write code? In this session, GoFundMe Chief Product and Technology Officer Arnie Katz will share how one team used AI-assisted research, prototyping, design exploration, technical planning, and long-running agent harnesses to accelerate development velocity by as much as five times.
Through the real-world case study of Linked Campaign Syncing, one of GoFundMe Pro’s most complex product initiatives, Arnie will explain how a project originally estimated to require more than a year of engineering work reached not just a functional, but shippable state in a matter of months. He will also examine where AI delivered the greatest leverage, where it fell short, and how faster output shifted bottlenecks to design refinement, code review, and validation.
Attendees will leave with practical lessons on building structured context, creating agent-ready specifications, maintaining human accountability, and redesigning product development so teams can move faster without sacrificing customer empathy, craftsmanship, or quality.
