Frequently asked questions
Is it really 100% free?
Yes. Since 2014, Nerdearla has been 100% free, both in-person and online. There are no exclusive workshops or rooms — all content is fully accessible at no cost.
How does the hybrid format work?
All content is streamed live through our online platform. In-person days are at the venue in each city, with talks, workshops, activities and networking.
Do I need to know how to code to participate?
No! We have many talk tracks that aren't about development. There's something for every kind of nerd, including those who don't know how to code and are just learning.
Can I participate from another country?
Of course! Streaming covers all the content. Plus, we have editions in Chile, Argentina, Mexico and Spain.
How do I register?
You just need to get your free ticket at tickets.nerdearla.com. No prerequisites required.
Will there be a coat check at the Konex?
Yes! It is run by the Konex, and you can leave jackets, hoodies, motorcycle helmets and other items there, as long as you don't leave anything valuable.
Will there be a nursing room at the Konex?
Yes! We were the first event to set up a nursing room at the Konex. You'll find it as you come into the main courtyard, on the right. If you can't spot the sign, ask the event staff.
